The DB Station at Bad Wimpfen is located on the mostly single tracked non-electrified line served by Heilbronn to Heidelberg via Meckesheim trains hauled by 218 diesels and 628 railcars. The major part of the station is now a restaurant with a tourist information centre in the left-hand wing that sells DB tickets. When the information centre is closed there is a ticket machine and waiting area in the graffiti adorned blue structure. Photographed on Wednesday May 5th, 2004. Vollmer have announced that they will be making an HO model of this station.
