This combination of semaphore signal and water crane was a common sight in German stations a long time ago, but is now becoming increasingly rare. In Dresden-Neustadt you can still see it. The signal is showing Hp0 (stop), the orange triangle with the "1" signifies a 10 km/h speed restriction in the track straight ahead (after the next turnout). The water crane is still functional and regularly used for special steam trains. Dresden-Neustadt, 2000-11-16.
