Gleisbau Geiseltal is a private company for maintenance of DB AG tracks.
This is a universal ballast compression and track adjustment machine,
made in Austria ba Plasser & Theurer, type 08-275 UNIMAT 3S. Braunschweig
Hauptbahnhof, April 1996.

german) of Gleisbau Geiseltal waits in track 3 at Horrem (on Cologne-Aachen) on
19 October 2001 to exit towards Cologne. The lead unit of the train is a
ballast tamper.

plate tells that this machine was built in 1991 by Plasser in Germany. The
upper sign tells about the approvement, weights, topspeeds and so on.
