Eivel (STRABAG) - Germany Due to political problems, the Balkan-Express train consisting of Eivel locomotive My 1125 and IGE Bahntouristik coaches was not allowed to enter the "Albanian" part of Kosovo. It was left at Zvecan in the "Serbian" part of Kosovo, passengers being transferred by bus to Mitrovicë (for 3km) over the "internal" border where a train of the Kosovo Railways was waiting.
