Since 2010 the companies Deutsche Bahn Bahnbau, Deutsche Gleis- und Tiefbau, 
Deutsche Bahn Gleisbau and Ingenieur-, Brücken- und Tiefbau have been 
merged into Bahnbau Gruppe, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn Netz AG. In 2016
it became a direct subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG.
