Dürener Kreisbahn (DKB) became Rurtalbahn (RTB), but still its Regio-Sprinters are lend to other companies if they are in lack of vehicles. Even the DBAG orders operation-services of RTB. Here Regio-Sprinter 6.009 (Duewag 91353/1995) leaves Mönchengladbach Hbf as a RegionalBahn to Dahlheim on first of October 2004.

6.009.1 and another RegioSprinter of the Dürener Kreisbahn (DKB) seen at
the new end station Linnich on 9 June 2002. In the past only the part of the
line between Düren and Jülich was served by passenger trains, the
part north of Jülich was reopened two days before. Behind the mechanical
signal in the background is the old station of Linnich, where the rails end.
The train will return to Düren soon.

RegioSprinter 6.010.1 of the Rurtalbahn crosses the village square of Olef (on
the Oleftalbahn Kall-Hellenthal) on 9 October 2005. This branch line is served
only on sundays in summer. In fact the trains end at Schleiden, as the rest of
the line is not usable any more (weak bridges and trees in the track). On the
short section of street running two men have to walk in front of the train with
flags to warn the traffic.
