The inclined narrow-gauge (1000mm) track leads to the BEG main line via the upper-level station and the depot of the BEG, crossing the two DBAG main line tracks on a bridge. The catenary suspension and the tracks to the right are the DBAG main line tracks on the "left" (west) bank of the river rhine. The BEG tracks have no electrification.
