Eisenbahn + Häfen is history. Rolling stock and operations was integrated into Thyssen-Krupp Steel directly.
TKS 548 passed Duisburg-Hamborn (near a big blue furniture-store) on its way to Oberhausen-West on 7^th of June 2015.
