Veolia E 189 095 passed Dortmund Hbf on 31<sup>st</sup> of August 2008. Built by Siemens in 2005 with production-no. 21081 for DBAG, locomotive was sold (in 2007?) to MRCE. This company painted it black in February 2008 and leased it to Veolia, which gave it the subsidiary Dortmunder Eisenbahn (DE) with locomotives third look<br>
