Wanne Bochum Herner Eisenbahn (WHE) 082 on 16th of February 2003 in Herne-Westhafen. Interesting are the wheels. At other cars was different combinations of spoked and plane wheels. Distances are relatively short, speeds are relatively low, so it doesn't matter.
