A fake steam locomotive of the park railway in Cologne, seen on a level crossing
in the pleasure grounds on the eastern bank of the Rhine on 2 June 2011. It
seems to run essentially on the two bogies. The wheels of the central axle turn
when the loco is in motion, but the piston rod does not move at all.
