Dörzbach was the end station of the narrow gauge Jagsttalbahn, until closure operated by SWEG. Now the Jagsttalbahnfreunde e.V. are rebuilding a small part of the line and operating museum trains.

Diesel locomotive V 22-02 was built for SWEG to operate on the Jagsttalbahn in 1965. It was overhauled and restored to working order in 2014-2021 by the Jagsttalbahnfreunde. Now it operates the passenger trains over the short rebuilt stretch of line. Sister locomotive V 22-01 operates at the Öchsle museum railway.

For school trains on the Jagsttalbahn (MD), SWEG bought a motor car from the Kreisbahn Osterode-Kreiensen in 1968 (it was built in 1935 in Dessau). It operated these trains until 1979, and after a revision museum trains between 1983 and 1988. Now it is waiting for another revision by the Jagsttalbahnfreunde.
