Electric locomotive ÖBB 1110 529-3, one of two ambassador locomotives for Austria. Built in a series of 30 units from 1956 to 1961 by SGP Graz. In the mid-1970s it was equipped with resistor brakes and in later the cabs were rebuilt for better crash resistance. Bahnpark Augsburg, 2016-06-05. |

Electric locomotive DB 120 003-9, the newest locomotive of Bahnpark Augsburg. Built 1979 by Krupp and BBC as one of five prototypes, the first mainline electric locomotives with 3-phase AC motors. After years of testing the 60 series locomotives 120.1 were delivered 1987 to 1989. Even though class 120 was designed to be universal, it was in practice used almost only with fast passenger trains (and later rebuilt to 120.2 for Regio). During the 1990s this locomotive was numbered 752 003-4 and used for testing until 2002. Bahnpark Augsburg, 2016-06-05. |

Electric locomotive SNCF CC 6503 built 1969 by Alsthom for SNCF, used mostly with heavy express trains in the French DC network. Used until 2005, then lended to Augsburg as an ambassador locomotive. Electric locomotive NS 1211, built 1951 by Werkspoor with input from Baldwin. It was used for both express and freight trains (including TEE Rheingold and the royal train) until 1998. In 2011 the NSM Utrecht lended the locomotive to Augsburg as an ambassador locomotive for the Netherlands.
