There are two more levels underground which serve U1, U3 and U4. The middle level is used for eastbound trains on the U1. U3 terminates at the same platform and then immediately drives onto a descending (first) side track. On the other side of the middle level platform, trains of U4 terminate and start.
Exactly below the middle level is the lowest level, used for westbound U1 trains. The opposite of the platform is used for starting trains of the U3 to Krumme Lanke. The driver of the previously terminated U3 train has taken seat in the other drivers cabin and brings the train via a second descending track to the platform.
