Electric locomotive LAG 1 "Katharina" built 1905 by Katharinenhütte Rohrbach with electric equipment of Siemens-Schuckert works. The first one-phase AC electric locomotive in Germany, built for the newly electrified Ammergaubahn Murnau - Oberammergau (originally 5.5 kV 16 Hz). In 1938 it was rebuilt and renumbered to E69 01. When the line was converted to the standard system 15 kV 16 2/3 Hz in 1954 the locomotive was taken out of service, in 49 years it had covered 1.5 million kilometers on this one line. It was exhibited at the DB repair works of München-Freimann, then in the Deutsches Museum München, since 2006 in the Lokwelt Freilassing. Length 7.5 m, mass 23.5 t, power 206 kW, speed 50 km/h.
