DB E10 005 (Henschel/AEG 1953). Of the five pre-series locomotives
E10.0, only number 004 and 005 were identical. Equipped with
Secheron drive, it was originally only approved for 130 km/h which
was later raised to 140. The locomotive was used both for testing
and regular trains (first express trains on the line Passau -
Würzburg - Frankfurt/M, later local trains around
Nürnberg) until 1979.
