Some of the electric trainsets for the Werkbahn Peenemünde (electrified at 1200V DC) were later used by DB. ET/ES 26 02 was rebuilt for 15kV AC and used on the Isartalbahn until 1978. In 2004 it returned to Usedom and is now on display at the Historisch-Technischen Informazionszentrum Peenemünde, with DB number 426 002/826 602.
