Reflections of Young British Rail Enthusiasts on Berlin Rail Transport
A naughtysexy new-style ICE sits in Berlin Zoologischer Garten. We found these trains very spectacular, such finesse and effortless style. We liked the automatic retractable step below each door. The interior looked very tasty too.

The BordRestaurant on the ICE train, a welcome addition to any long-distance train; too often all one can find is a buffet/café/bistro, whilst cheaper, they don't have that classic pullman feel. The best restaurant in the world, in regular service, can be found on the GNER HST in Great Britain.

The nose of the German HST, the ICE, sitting at Berlin Zoologischer Garten station. We think that it's the nose that makes the overall look of the train; the three best being the bulky, manly, dirty, boxy nose of the GNER HST, the "Ogive séduissante" of SNCF's TGV, and this.
