Pantograph type DSA380 at the stand of Stemmann-Technik.
The DSA series were originally developed by Dornier, later
continued by Adtranz and Bombardier, today they are all
manufactured by <a href="http://www.stemmann.de/">Stemmann</a>. 
The ICE 3 has this type of pantograph; here it is shown with a
narrow wiper (for Switzerland and the French AC system).
