ICE 3 trainset 403 028-4 was given the name "Aachen" during a small ceremony at
Aachen Hbf on 3 July 2003. Dr. Jürgen Linden, mayor of Aachen (right), and
Bernhard Christ, station manager of Aachen Hbf (left), are pouring sparkling
wine onto the second class end car, 403 528-3.
