Open coupler-flaps due bad maintenance is common on ICEs of Deutsche Bahn Aktiengesellschaft 
(DBAG) unfortunately. But this front of 808 019-4 is a new highlight of DeBil AG premium service. Seen in Wuppertal-Elberfeld (Hbf) on 4<sup>th</sup> of Oktober 2009 during a stop in normal passenger-service. (Ok, meanwhile there was a lost door during high-speed travel in spring 2010...)<br>
