Caused by repairs after a derailment some days before, the double-track route between Wesel and Dinslaken was operated with only one track. But transfer of DB Schenker 189 066-4 without load seems to be very, very important and cause additionally (not really neccessary) delays for the bulk-freight oft type 'passengers' on the lines RE5 and RB35. Here it passed Dinslaken on 27<sup>th</sup> of March 2010.<br>
