Hannover: a BR 140 with some coal cars (the second in the new
red DB Cargo livery) on the cargo track in the south of Hannover
crosses the main track Hannover-Göttingen. The middle of the four
signals can be seen as the end of the high-speed line Hannover-
Würzburg. They are new so-called Ks-signals which have been
designed to replace the older Ls and the signals of the former DR
in the GDR.

A 140 of the Deutsche Bahn AG with a container train near
Kohlscheid/Herzogenrath (line Aachen-Mönchengladbach). The sky looked very
beautiful on 17th September 1996, so I took my camera and made some
pics.
