With a freight train we see here DB Reise & Touristik electric 120 109-4 in "orientrot" livery, wearing a special commemorative inscription for having headed the first electric train between Germany and Denmark from Flensburg to Padborg on 2 June 1996.

Later on the same day I encountered 120 109 again in the main station and had the opportunity to get a closer look. Detail of the commemorative inscription for the first electric train from Flensburg to Padborg.

Die Baureihe 120 109-4 (orientrot, Aufschrift: "DB/DSB: Förste elektriske tog Flensburg-Padborg/erster elektrischer Zug Flensburg-Padborg) der DB Reise & Touristik AG schiebt den IR 2572 "Carl Benz", auf der Fahrt von Karlsruhe Hbf nach Hamburg-Altona, über die Lahnbrücke bei Friedelhausen. Datum: 09. April 2002
