79 multisystem locomotives class 105 were ordered from Talgo and are planned to go into service from 2025.
In the AC systems they have a power of 6400 kW and a speed of 230 km/h, in 1.5 kV DC this is reduced ot 4000 kW and 200 km/h.
It will pull and push the ICE L trains on electrified lines including international connections.
