DB 772 155-8 ("Ferkeltaxe") ist gerade in Gernrode (Harz) angekommen um dort als RB 37834 um 10 Uhr am 6.1.2004 nach Quedlinburg zu fahren. Die Strecke Gernrode (Harz) - Quedlinburg wird nur mehr bis 31.1.2004 betrieben. Es gibt Pläne, sie auf 1.000 mm umzuspuren und an das Netz der HSB anzuschließen. DB 772 155-8 ("Ferkeltaxe") has just arrived at Gernrode (Harz) to depart as RB 37834 at 10 a.m. on Jannuary 6th 2004 to Quedlinburg. The line Gernrode (Harz) - Quedlinburg is only going have service until Jannuary 31st 2004. There are plans to re-gauge the track to 1.000 mm and to conntect it to the network of the HSB.

DBAG 772 153-3 at Hennigsdorf. In the background you can
see that this track ends and the S-Bahn track begins a few
meters further behind; this separation was necessary for
electrical reasons (separation of AC and DC circuits). RB
55 (Hennigsdorf - Kremmen) is currently operated with class
772 railbuses.

Note the 234 in the background; in 2001, many regional trains to and from Görlitz were still locomotive-hauled.

Railbus 772 163-2 of the DBAG in the station of Luftkurort Wippra, waiting for
its return trip to Klostermansfeld. For some 25km the railbus needs about 45
minutes, mainly because of the bad track condition. This line is proposed for
closure. 10/02/1997.
