A number of 2nd class / luggage cars BDomsb 276 have been rebuilt to
ABbd 406 for RegionalExpress trains, with first class compartments,
bicycle space and a wheelchair-accessible 2nd class area. The folding
luggage door was replaced by a new sliding door, but still cannot be
opened by passengers. Here we see it in Dresden Hbf, track 4a.
