A view into the cab of a Bimdzf 269 - actually an InterRegio cab car,
but painted in the latest InterCity colours. In Magdeburg, the IC 528
"Dresdner Zwinger" has changed its direction of travel; the locomotive
driver is adjusting his seat before departing in the other direction
(with cab car in Front to Leipzig).

24 March 2002, Schifferstadt, Germany Looking through the driving cab, the beginning of the future Schifferstadt bypass can be seen to the left. The old curve in Schifferstadt is not up for line speed, but as the track layout in the make suggests local trains will still be able to call in Schifferstadt.

which will later become the Rhine, in Konstanz, on its way north
to Hamburg. The car is a Bimdzf 269.2.
