This is a shortened set consisting of five cars:
Bt1 501 93 85 1 501 001-6 (A) Four cars belong to the set RABe 501 93 85 0 501 001-8 CH-SBB, one end car to the set RABe 501 93 85 0 501 002-6 CH-SBB. Inscriptions on the end car referring to the full trainset which will be 202 m long, with approval for 250 km/h in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy (including the Lötschberg and Gotthard base tunnels and Swiss high speed lines), the total empty weight will be 373 t, with 112 seats 1st class and 288 seats 2nd class. |
