SBB CFF FFS sleeping-car, type MU. Interestingly this car has
absolutely no inscriptions pointing to its owner - I had to
decipher the number to find out that this is actually a SBB CFF
FFS car. Near Wien Westbf, 2002-01-30.

A sleeping-car type MU (a common type in many countries of Europe).
This car was originally owned by the CIWL (No. 4777) and sold to the
SBB CFF FFS in the seventies. With the introduction of CityNightLine,
it was not needed anymore and sold to the reisebüro mittelthurgau,
which will overhaul the interior, repaint the sleeping-car and use it
in the European section of the Nostalgie-Istanbul-Orient-Express on
longer excursions. A number of former DB/DSG cars type WLABmh 174 also
went from the SBB CFF FFS to the rmt. April 1996, Freiburg (Breisgau)
freight station.
