The photo was taken after a hefty summer thunderstorm leading to problems with the switches. 
Here, the tram driver has to do the job by hand. However, the situation gets worse: After
2054 has passed, the driver of the following T8M-900 operating on line 1 has the fun to
throw the switch back again...
