Septemvri_76cm gauge_Locomotive_Depot_7. 2-10-2T, 610.76 (Chrzanow 1930/1949). The dumped remains of 610.76, another locomotive from which components have been removed, to keep 609.76 running. This engine will never steam again. 6 October 2016 Roger Griffiths. roger.griffiths@hotmail.com |
Septemvri_76cm gauge_Locomotive_Depot_9. 2-10-2T, 611.76 (Chrzanow 1931/1949). The fourth, 2-10-2T and though looking very sorry for itself, it appears more or less complete. A replacement/source of further spares for 609.76 perhaps? It could happen, but only if BDZ makes the finance available. (There is a fifth engine of this type: 615.76 [Chrzanow 1935/1949], preserved outside Sofia Engineers' School. It appears to be complete and in good condition - externally, anyway). 6 October 2016 Roger Griffiths. roger.griffiths@hotmail.com |
