Locomotive 43 542 is ready to leave the station of Bobov Dol with a coal freight train to the power station in Golyamo Selo which is just about 15 kilometres away. The line Bobov Dol - Golyamo Selo was built as a link from the power station to the coal mines around Bobov Dol. Later on it was continued from Golyamo Selo to Dupnitsa to connect it with the line Sofia - Kulata there. Today coal freights still circulate between the mines and the power station along with stopping passenger services between Dupnitsa and Bobov Dol. 28 October 2006
