Medway - Belgium Medway is an international railway freight operator, mainly active in Portugal, Italy and Belgium. Electric "TRAXX" locomotive E186 224 is used today as spare (and actually mostly main) power for the PFT-TSP railfan society "Battle of the Bulge" tour of the Ardennes.
