The Belgian Railways (SNCB/NMBS) used to paint their passenger cars bordeaux red with a white stripe, the international trains were Eurofima orange with white stripe. Recently, they introduced a new livery in grey with blue and red, which was first used for the UIC-Z coaches of the EuroCity `Memling' (Cologne - Oostende). That's why it is called the `Memling' livery. Meanwhile other trains have received this livery too, such as rebuilt `Break' EMUs and even one locomotive (by initiative of Maerklin). The picture shows a 2nd class coach of the EC `Memling'.
