They are 3-car units with sealed airtight bodies, equipped with a tri-model drive (electric, battery and diesel) on the end bogies, 68090 mm long, 2820 mm wide and 4600 mm tall. Maximum speed is 160 km/h under wires, 120 km/h in diesel or battery modes. Maximum power 3000 kW electric, 600 kW in battery mode and 1200 kW in diesel/battery hybrid operation.
