Hall of ÖBB station Wien Nord on 2002-01-14. Since November 2001,
there are two art installations: "AMPULS" and "COLOMBINE", part of the
project "Bahnhof in transition", the goal of which is to make the
station more attractive before its remodeling, scheduled for 2004.

In the picture you see "AMPULS", which is a light and sound 
installation, resembling heartbeats. The frequency depends on how busy
the station is.
