There are options for up to 50 units to be ordered later. They will initially operate on the LILO line, allowing a denser rhythm in peak hours. Later they will go on a newly built standard gauge tram-train line through Linz, the Mühlkreisbahn (which is planned to be electrified) and a new branch to Auhof.
