Two GKE VT10 railbuses side by side. On the right, in faded
paint and with UIC number, is the VT10.09, still in regular
service (but used very rarely, if a VT70 is unavailable).
On the left, newly painted in orange and with Uerdingen logo,
you can see the VT10.02 which is now owned by the StEF
(Steirische Eisenbahnfreunde) and used for special trains

Graz Köflacher Bahnhof, October 1999 These railbuses (ex DB VT 95) are no longer in regular operation since the introduction of the VT 70 and the bi-level trains, but they are preserved for additional trains and excursions. Some of the cars have no more seats, they are used for bicycle transport, luggage and goods.

GKE VT10.12 (97 45 50-01 012-4) with two trailers. It's
moving! Most of the time this railbus just waits on its
siding, but now it rolls across the road crossing near
Graz KB. 2002-02-25.

An old railbus DMU (VT10) in Graz Köflacher Bahnhof. I still
have never seen these units in service, but they are still
kept as a working reserve. 2002-01-18.

GKE railbus 99 45 9 001 003-3 (VT 10.03) with two trailers in Graz
Köflacher Bahnhof. Today, the more modern VT 70 and double deck trains
have taken over most services, but the railbuses are still preserved
