ÖBB 1099 001-8, named after the city of St.Pölten, at the engine shed at St.Pölten Alpenbahnhof.

This was the very first electric locomotive of the "Niederösterreichische Landesbahnen" E-type delivered for the Mariazellerbahn in 1911. It must be the world's oldest electric locomotive still in daily use on the line it was originally built for.
