The U6 line cannot deny its former Stadtbahn being, especially not at the Station Laengenfeldgasse. We can see the car 4912 approaching, in a mixed train of convetional and AC-motor cars.

A train of E6/c6 on metro line U6 on the viaduct between Gumpendorferstraße and Längenfeldgasse heading for Siebenhirten. This location is usually not accessible to the public but I had the rare opportunity to check some radio equipment there.

type E6 no. 4912 and trailer type c6 no. 1906, built 1980 by Bombardier
Wien, in service until 2008. The trailers c6 don't have cabs; since the
line U6 has no reversing loops, they were always running in the middle
of trains. The E6 and c6 also operated in mixed consists with type T
low-floor units.
