ÖBB 1142 647-5 pulling the D 1981 (Bischofshofen - Graz) east of Leoben Hbf
(at the Lutz furniture store) on 2012-04-05. One of the half-hearted replacement trains
when politicians and ÖBB discovered they were suddenly lacking the money to continue
the intercity trains once every two hours on this line. Now there's a mess of non-daily
trains, second class only, no air-conditioning, no meal service, no electric plugs, no
wheelchair-accessible car .... rendering the whole rather unattractive. These trains are
pushed/pulled by class 1142 or 1144.<p>
