1116 022-3 is waiting at Köln Hbf with EC 23 to Wien on 17 February 2003.
This train changes it's direction at Frankfurt Hbf. As ÖBB does not have
cab cars for this purpose, a second class 1116 loco is attached at the rear
end, giving the train a total power of 12800 kW.
