The ÖBB 1016 017-4 is pulling the EC 316 (Graz - Saarbrücken).
Normally this train should be pushed by a DBAG class 101, but
apparently such a locomotive was not available at the time, or
broke down on the way to Graz. As the German cab cars are not
compatible with the Austrian locomotive, it has to go around the
train in Selzthal and Bischofshofen, probably causing a delay.
