ÖBB compartment car 50 81 22-35 121-8 Bm. Two cars of this type stand in the postal part of Graz Hbf since long, obviously retired, and I wonder what is planned with them .... after they were moved to another track it's actually possible to take a photo of their graffiti-free side. ÖBB 2nd class UIC-X car Bm 50 81 22-35 136-6 (140 km/h), out of service. This car was built 1963/64 by SGP Simmering as No. 31136 (150 km/h), from 1968 it was numbered 51 81 22-80 136-9 until it lost its RIC status. ÖBB compartment car 50 81 22-35 138-2 Bm. These UIC-X cars were built in the 1960s for international trains. In the 1980s (after delivery of the UIC-Z cars) they were downgraded from 160 to 140 km/h and lost their RIC status. They also received the vermillion/ivory livery for domestic trains (also known as "Komfort 2"). They all were retired in the 1990s or around 2000. Graz Hbf, 2003-09-28 tobias b köhler
