Arriva has also won the tender to operate the regional railway line Dordrecht-Geldermalsen, previously operated by NS. In the short term trainsets Plan V were hired from NS, but new trainsets were ordered. These are electric versions of the "Spurt" diesel trainsets that are operated by Arriva around Groningen and Leeuwarden. One 2-car and six 3-car trainsets (both with an engine module) were ordered from Stadler in Switzerland.

In September 2008 the first trainsets entered service on Dordrecht-Geldermalsen. At the end of 2008 all were in service.
