In the beginning of 2009 ACTS needed more locomotives, amongst others because they took over quite some (domestic) traffic from Railion. It was decided to lease a locomotive of the standard G2000 class built by Vossloh. This locomotive was already suited for use in The Netherlands, being former R4C number 2001. In March 2009 another locomotive joined ACTS, this time it was formerly used by Veolia. In May another one followed, former Rurtalbahn V205, but the one from Veolia was returned. And nr. 1043 arrived in July 2009. In September 2009 nr. 1034 was returned, but nr. 1607 (former RTB V201) was leased. This was returned later the same month already, but later ended up with ACTS again.
